Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, aftersales or dealer operations.
• Strong relationship-building and business development track record.
• Experience with dealer networks or dealership stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence and drive performance outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Solid planning and organisational abilities.
• Customer-focused with sound business acumen.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Experience in an OEM/distributor/franchise environment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealerships to drive vehicle, parts and accessory sales across your region.
• Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and leadership teams to support growth.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and dealer metrics to identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, business reviews and performance planning sessions.
• Support the implementation of sales, aftersales and customer retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver network performance and brand objectives.
