Jobs Riverina Murray seeks a Regional Manager for Young to oversee field operations and logistics across central and southern NSW. You will lead a team of 6, balancing 60% office work with 40% field activity, including training newer staff and running your own small field trial program.

Travel to regional offices is required. Ideal candidates have agronomy knowledge, field trial/R&D experience, and a degree in Agriculture, Business or Commerce.

Qualifications

• Agronomy knowledge of crops in NSW region.
• Field trial (R&D) and logistics experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture/Business/Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and logistics for the region.
• Manage a team of 6 direct reports and ensure trial objectives are met.
• Deliver client objectives and research outcomes with quality controls.
• Split time 60% in office and 40% in the field, including training staff.
• Travel regularly to nearby regional offices.
