Job summary

Casual Hands is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager for its sister business, Olinga Services, to oversee service delivery across NSW and manage a rapid respond cleaning team.

You will lead operations, plan deep-clean programs, monitor audits, and coordinate with supervisors, with duties including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance.

Required: AQF Diploma or higher, 1 year of customer service experience, willingness to travel, and strong English.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or higher in Business/Retail/Hospitality Management.
• At least 1 year of customer service and client-relations experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience budgeting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a specialist cleaning team across regional NSW.
• Own cleaning operations, set priorities and allocate resources for clients.
• Main contact for after-hours requests; maintain records and handovers.
• Coordinate cleaning activities with supervisors to meet schedules.
• Manage onsite staff performance and respond to client expectations.
• Plan and supervise deep-clean programs with appropriate resources.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections; take corrective action.
• Track equipment and consumables; manage site budgets.
• Present monthly client reports and ensure KPI delivery as per contract.
• Respond to inquiries and implement changes to meet expectations.
