Job summary

OCS Group in Liverpool, NSW is hiring Cleaning Operatives to maintain clean, safe commercial premises across multiple sites. Roles include full-time, part-time and casual shifts with early morning hours.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, bathroom sanitation and waste disposal, with uniforms and full training provided. We value reliability, safety, and attention to detail in a responsive team environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have cleaning experience across various settings.
• Knowledge of chemical use and PPE required.
• Understanding of OHS practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to pass an Australian National Police Clearance and demonstrate working rights in Australia.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors and carpets.
• Sanitise bathrooms and high-touch surfaces to hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors.
• Work independently or as part of a cleaning team across sites.

Positions Available: Full-time-Monday to Friday: 6am to 2pm part-time and Casuals: Monday to Friday between 6am to 12 pm.

Duties include,

• Perform general cleaning duties across commercial premises, including offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard floors and carpets
• Clean, sanitise, and disinfect bathrooms and high-touch surfaces to hygiene standards
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely.
• Follow company procedures, WHS guidelines, and site-specific requirements
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damaged equipment to supervisors
• Work independently or as part of a cleaning team across multiple sites if required

Applicants must have,

• Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning
• Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
• Understanding of OHS practices
• Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
• Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
• Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
