Job summary

SRG Global is seeking experienced Loader Operators to support FIFO-based civil works across the Pilbara region of Western Australia. This role operates on a 2/1 roster with 12-hour days and reports to the Site Supervisor, performing safe loader operation, material handling and stockpile management to keep project progress steady.

You will work within a well-established organisation that values safety and efficiency, with weekly pay and site allowances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in civil space.
• White Card / Construction Card required.
• Loader operating licenses (nationally accredited) desirable.
• HR Driver’s License desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders safely to move materials and load stockpiles.
• Assist site crews to maintain steady project progress.
• Support stockpile management and material handling.
• Report to the Site Supervisor.
