Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading provider of engineered solutions to recruit an ambitious Technical Sales Representative to support growth across Regional Queensland.

You will build relationships with contractors, engineers, and government authorities across civil infrastructure, mining, and environment projects, while working field-based across a large territory in regional Queensland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Project Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Project Delivery.
• Experience selling technical products, engineered solutions, construction materials, or infrastructure-related products.
• Strong exposure to civil construction, mining, roads, transport, or government infrastructure markets.
• Experience working closely with consulting engineers, project engineers, site managers, and contractors.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capability.
• Ability to work independently across a large geographical territory.
• Engineering qualifications in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental, Mining, or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
