Job summary

BMW Group invites a motivated student into the Regional Business Development Placement Year, supporting the UK, Europe and Central Asia region. You will work closely with the Regional Development Manager to shape dealer strategies and commercial initiatives.

You'll gain hands-on experience across dealer contracts, market analysis, and event coordination, with exposure to international teams and a luxury automotive brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2:1 or higher in Business, Economics, or Management.
• Strong English language ability; fluency preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Cross-cultural awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support all current and future commercial activities in the Region’s markets.
• Manage the annual Dealer Business plans and liaise between RRMC and partners.
• Communicate with dealers regarding contracts, training, audits and performance results.
• Investigate and assess viability of commercial markets and opportunities for new dealers; present findings to Directors or Board.
• Coordinate dealer and commercial development activities including onboarding new dealers.
• Represent the Brand with dealer visits and support regional events.
• Work with Regional Sales/Marketing to develop programs ensuring customer centricity.
• Provide admin support and event coordination within the region.
