Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. in Goodwood is seeking an enthusiastic intern for Regional Sales Operations on a placement year.

You will join a team responsible for delivering sales performance across the UK, Europe and Central Asia, supporting the region’s sales efforts from day one. You will work with 24 dealers, develop reporting insights, manage order pipelines, and collaborate with RRMC departments to ensure timely scheduling of orders, monitor stock levels, and propose innovative

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• Strong operational understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and have a positive attitude.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail and cross-cultural awareness.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and luxury segment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Working with dealers across UK, Europe and Central Asia to support sales performance.
• Providing reporting insights to the Regional Sales team to support performance optimisation.
• Managing Client/ Dealer Order pipeline and specification change requests.
• Coordinating with RRMC departments to schedule orders.
• Monitoring Used Car stock levels.
• Developing and proposing project ideas to influence future RRMC operations.
• Communicating with dealers regarding sales topics and performance results.
• Supporting administrative tasks and events for the region.
