Job summary

BMW Group Retail Qualification placement year in Adelaide is a unique opportunity to learn by doing within a global luxury automotive training program. You will coordinate training sessions, manage LMS content, and track enrolments while supporting delegates across regions.

You will gain exposure to technical, product, and luxury client experience training, with potential involvement in special projects. A competitive salary and pro-rata holidays accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree and aiming for a 2.2 classification.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in luxury and/or automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate face-to-face training and live global broadcasts within the Rolls-Royce Training Academy and across Regions.
• Create and manage training pages on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track and report LMS completion and enrolment.
• Respond to delegate enquiries and participate in special projects as needed.
