Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Business Analyst to support our Western Region with timely management information and reporting. You will collect, consolidate and analyze data across plants and business units, and help maintain internal controls and compliance.

You will own recurring regional reports, assist with forecasts and planning, and drive improvements using Excel, Power Query and Power BI. An emphasis on accuracy, communication and proactive issue resolution is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in management accounting or reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate regional management reports and packs.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Comment on movements, risks and opportunities with clear notes.
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Use Power BI/Power Query to improve recurring reports.
