Job summary

Heidelberg Materials WA region is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support the Western Region with accurate management information and reporting. You will own regional reports, analyse performance against budgets, and contribute to forecasts and planning.

The role requires Excel mastery, financial modelling capability and strong communication skills. A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is essential, with on-site work in Rivervale, WA.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in commercial analysis or financial analysis is preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate recurring regional management reports and review packs.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Consolidate, validate and reconcile information across plants and reporting systems.
• Coordinate capital applications, financial models and documentation.
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Undertake plant, product, customer, project, cost and profitability analysis.
• Improve recurring reports using Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
