Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in data collection, extraction, management, analysis and reporting including all aspects of project design and implementation.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Experience extracting information from diverse sources and transforming data into meaningful reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of projects to scope, costs and timeframes with prioritised requirements.
• Deliver contract/project reporting to deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support information systems with configuration and maintenance including work orders, scheduling and compliance.
• Work with Sales to provide data and streamline reporting processes.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements for system implementations and automate reports.
• Provide financial, replenishment, and stock optimisation modelling.
• Conduct workshops/presentations for end-users of reporting solutions.
