Job summary

PageUp People Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Bathurst region, overseeing operations across Dubbo and Mudgee. You will lead a diverse team of 30+ staff and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient service delivery and strong regional growth.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in business or logistics (or equivalent leadership experience), solid fleet management knowledge, and proven ability to drive safety and operational KPIs while managing P&L.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, logistics, operations management or related field.
• Strong fleet management knowledge and maintenance oversight.
• Experience managing operational teams with safety/compliance focus.
• Experience with P&L and cost management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations with safety and compliance.
• Oversee staff and fleet activities; ensure vehicles are maintained.
• Coach and empower team to meet KPIs and safety standards.
• Champion safety culture; manage investigations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage branch financial performance, including P&L oversight.
• Coordinate workshop and fleet maintenance with third-party contractors.
