PageUp People Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lavington operation, servicing the broader Albury–Wodonga region. You’ll manage a team of 50+ employees and work with four direct reports across operations and administration.

You’ll balance safety, compliance, people and commercial outcomes while guiding customer, council and internal stakeholders. A calm, confident leadership style and proven ability to manage complexity are essential for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading large operational and frontline teams within logistics, manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex operations environments.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and experience driving compliance and operational discipline.
• Experience managing P&L, contracts and operational performance.
• Demonstrated change management capability and the ability to lead teams through periods of transition.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Law.
• Oversee staff and the branch's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Coach and mentor the team, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational KPI and safety standards.
• Champion safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and build a safety-first culture within the team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L), focusing on cost control, financial performance, and operational results.
• Partner effectively across fleet, commercial, resource recovery and other functions to deliver strong customer and business outcomes.
