Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lavington operation in the Albury–Wodonga region. You will oversee a team of 50+ staff, drive safety, compliance and performance, and manage the branch P&L with a focus on cost control and customer outcomes.

As a national ASX-listed leader in waste management, you will build strong relationships with councils, customers and internal stakeholders, champion safety initiatives, and lead through periods of transition while delivering

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large operational and frontline teams in logistics or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and compliance discipline.
• Experience managing P&L, contracts and operational performance.
• Ability to lead through change and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch with a focus on safety, efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee fleet operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and mentor the team to meet KPI and safety standards.
• Balance safety, people, and commercial outcomes in P&L management.
• Collaborate with fleet, commercial and resource recovery functions.
