Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Regional Bank Manager to lead four branches across Salamander Bay, Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Green Hills. You will provide hands-on leadership, coach teams, and drive customer experience while taking accountability for risk, operational and business outcomes across the network.

The role is full-time with travel between locations weekly; a branded fleet car is provided to support your duties and customer engagement in the communities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail banking or similar environments.
• Ability to coach, support and unite teams across multiple locations.
• Experience owning risk, compliance, and customer experience outcomes.
• Track record delivering growth and identifying opportunities for sustainable outcomes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salamander Bay, Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Green Hills branches.
