Acumen Health is seeking an Area Manager to lead Occupational Rehabilitation teams across Perth and Western Australia. You will drive service delivery excellence, develop leaders, and grow the regional business while ensuring compliance and high customer outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and participate in strategic planning, with a focus on quality, integrity and sustained growth in a dynamic health services environment.

Formación

• Degree in an Allied Health discipline with professional registration.
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation or similar healthcare services.
• Experience leading senior teams and multidisciplinary allied health staff.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and rehab frameworks.
• Track record in managing operational performance and customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, insurers, employers and referral partners.
• Lead and develop Team Managers and rehabilitation professionals to foster high performance.
• Oversee service delivery, quality, compliance and customer outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement and quality assurance activities.
• Support contract renewals, tenders and growth initiatives.
• Represent Acumen Health at industry and stakeholder events.
• Own regional financial performance, budget outcomes, revenue growth and productivity.
• Align workforce capability with referral demand and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
