Job summary

Beneco is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Leader to oversee a team of Lead Consultants across occupational and workplace rehabilitation streams in Western Australia. You will maintain a personal caseload, drive referrals, and ensure quality and compliance while expanding Beneco’s WA footprint.

The role combines leadership with hands-on practice, reporting to a Service Lead, and involves hybrid working across client sites and offices in Perth. Strong WA networks are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in occupational rehabilitation across WA streams.
• Strong account management and ability to grow referrer relationships.
• Existing networks within WA rehabilitation, injury management, or insurance landscape.
• Clinical background with ability to maintain a personal caseload while leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Lead Consultants through clear expectations and regular performance reviews.
• Maintain a personal caseload and billing target.
• Drive referrals across Workers Compensation, WHS, CTP, and Life Insurance streams.
• Own quality and compliance across the team – SLA adherence, reporting, and documentation.
• Grow Beneco’s WA function using industry networks to build referral pipelines.
• Support the Service Lead with strategic priorities and reporting.
