Job summary

Arriba Group, through Rehab Management, invites an Area Manager to lead Occupational Rehabilitation in Queensland, Brisbane. This permanent full-time role focuses on mentoring teams, growing client relationships, and delivering high-quality service delivery across the region.

You will work with senior leaders, provide on-the-job training, conduct monthly strategic reviews and file audits, and balance clinical with commercial goals to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
• Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager.
• Commitment to onboarding and tools to excel.
• Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, trainer and upskiller—fostering teams' professional growth and on-the-job training.
• Deliver constructive criticism, monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant.
• Maintain strong clinical and technical knowledge to ensure high service delivery standards.
• Balance clinical and commercial goals while reporting to support quality.
• Build and nurture relationships with team and key clients.

About You
