Acumen Health in West Perth is seeking a Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants delivering high quality return-to-work outcomes across Western Australia. You will manage a small portfolio while mentoring and developing your team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in OT, PT, exercise physiology, psychology or rehabilitation counselling.
• Current professional registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers’ compensation.
• Strong understanding of the WorkCover WA scheme.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Driving quality, compliance and service excellence across the team.

As Team Manager, you'll lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants while maintaining a small and manageable caseload. You'll play a critical role in ensuring service quality, developing team capability, and strengthening client relationships across the WA market.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

We're interested in experienced rehabilitation professionals who are passionate about both people leadership and client outcomes.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Current professional registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA
• Experience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers compensation
• Strong understanding of the WorkCover WA scheme
• Proven ability to mentor, coach or lead others, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and recovery outcomes
