Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in OT, PT, exercise physiology, psychology or rehabilitation counselling.
• Current professional registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers’ compensation.
• Strong understanding of the WorkCover WA scheme.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Driving quality, compliance and service excellence across the team.
• Supporting consultants through coaching, case discussions and professional development.
• Managing a small portfolio of rehabilitation cases.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, employers and stakeholders.
• Contributing to business growth and regional success initiatives.
• Promoting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured workers.
