Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead and support Residence Managers, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and related legislations. The role requires travelling across Arcare NSW and ACT residences and delivering regional business and people development objectives through strong management and leadership.

The ideal candidate has detailed operational management experience, HR leadership, budgeting, project management, and a passion for improving service delivery and staff

Qualifications

• Sound experience in aged care or human services.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Operational management experience including HR, leadership, budgeting, service delivery.
• Project management experience.
• Broad understanding of legislation affecting aged care.
• Ability to empower staff through guidance and support.
• Solutions-focused with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and authentic, passionate approach.
• Ability to respect team members' roles and contributions.
• Provide leadership and promote relationship building.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet).
• Possession of a current Australian Driver's Licence.
