Rinnai Australia is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician / Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Help Desk in Braeside. You’ll translate hands-on trade knowledge into expert remote guidance for plumbers, gas fitters and HVAC professionals, helping customers diagnose issues and access service information.

You'll work with Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales to ensure accurate support.

Qualifications
