Excite Electrics on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Experienced Refrigeration Mechanic (or Dual Trade) who is ready to step into a leadership role. Qualifications

• Fully qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) or Dual Trade.
• Leadership: natural ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Values-driven with commitment to sustainability.
• Technical skill in installation, maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
• Neat, organised, pride in vehicle and tool presentation.

The Opportunity

This is not a standard technician role. We are looking for a passionate Senior Refrigeration Mechanic (or Dual Trade) who is ready to step up. While you will hit the ground running with hands-on technical work, we are specifically looking for someone with the drive and ability to grow into a leadership position.

You will be instrumental in mentoring apprentices, leading by example, and helping us shape the future of our service delivery.
