Job summary

Actrol in NSW seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to assist in selecting, selling and supporting refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment across the state. You will deliver technical advice, quotes and heat load calculations to customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience, a valid driver's licence, and excellent verbal and written communication to grow customer relationships and expand our NSW

Qualifications

Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least two years' post-apprenticeship experience.
Identify, nurture and grow new and existing customer relationships.
Provide heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations.
Current driver's licence and ability to travel for site visits.
Excellent verbal and written communication and passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in the selection, sales and support of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and accessories.
Provide technical support, advice on equipment selections, and quotations.
Visit project sites to provide field support and meet customers.
Train branch teams and present new products to customers.
Develop relationships across NSW to expand the customer base.
