Job summary

Chilled Group Services Pty Ltd – Lane Cove West NSW is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems across a Sydney metro portfolio. The role covers supermarket rack systems, CO2 plants, display cases, coolrooms, ice machines and fault-finding with scheduled maintenance and emergency calls.

A company vehicle, fuel card, phone/tablet and ongoing CO2/manufacturer training are provided.

Qualifications

• Restricted Electrical Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Current manual driver's licence
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
• Confidence working unsupervised on client sites
• Experience with supermarket rack systems/CO2 refrigeration or large commercial systems advantageous

Alongside our current service technicians. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join the Sydney service team.

This role offers strong earning potential, modern systems, and a well-structured service team with office support allowing technicians to focus on what they do best.

About the Role

The role

Service, maintenance and breakdown work across a mixed commercial portfolio, including:

• Supermarket rack systems and CO2 plant
• Display cases, coolrooms and freezer rooms
• Ice machines and general commercial refrigeration
• Fault finding and breakdown repairs
• Scheduled preventative maintenance
• Emergency service calls
• Digital job reporting through our job management software (job management is sorted — no paper dockets, no chasing timesheets)

The role is Sydney-based with travel across the metro area. An on-call roster forms part of the position with an on-call allowance plus rates on top.
