Job summary

St John of God Subiaco Hospital is seeking a Project Support Officer - Redevelopment to join the team in Subiaco, WA. The role supports the redevelopment project management team with planning, management, delivery of outcomes and reporting to meet timeframes, quality standards and budgets.

The fixed-term, full-time position offers 38 hours per week, ending 16 March 2029, with salary of A$105,000–A$108,800 plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project management across the full lifecycle.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination support across planning, execution, and control of redevelopment workstreams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting and meeting support.
• Ensure consistent use of project methodologies, processes, templates and governance.
• Maintain project registers, libraries, approvals including risks, issues, actions and deliverables.
• Support risk and issue analysis, timely action closure and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate user groups, governance secretariat activities and general project administration.
