Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy Bayside store in New South Wales. You will support daily store operations, coach and train team members, and oversee rostering, stock management, and reporting while upholding health and safety standards.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive excellent customer service and teamwork. The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience in retail/hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing others.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
