OTR Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple retail sites in South West Sydney and Southern Highlands, delivering strong operational performance, guest experiences, and commercial results. You will coach Store Managers, ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across your region.

This role focuses on leadership, developing teams, driving sales and profitability, overseeing safety and policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to reach business outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the State Manager – Convenience, the Area Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail sites to deliver strong operational performance, exceptional guest experiences, and commercial results. You will coach and support Store Managers while driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across your region.
