Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Store Manager for the Reddy Express Carlton outlet in Sydney, NSW. You will lead day-to-day store operations, supervise customer service, and drive team performance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to inventory, rostering, and training, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations at the Reddy Express Carlton location.
• Develop and train store staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and reporting to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Uphold health and safety policies and procedures.
