Job summary

SkinKandy is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to build our ANZ studio hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for studio roles, source and screen candidates, and partner with Store Managers to understand team needs and role requirements.

You will write compelling ads, manage our ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first click to onboarding. You will contribute to onboarding and help improve practices as SkinKandy scales across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for studio roles.
• Source and screen candidates, running interviews and assessments.
• Partner with Store Managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
• Write job ads and recruitment marketing to bring SkinKandy's EVP to life.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system for a smooth process.
• Deliver a positive, seamless candidate experience for every studio hire.
• Support onboarding to align new hires with SkinKandy pillars and culture.
• Help continuously improve recruitment practices as SkinKandy scales.
