Job summary

SkinKandy is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to build our ANZ studio hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for studio roles, source and screen candidates, and partner with Store Managers to understand team needs and role requirements.

You will write compelling ads, manage our ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first click to onboarding. You will contribute to onboarding and help improve practices as SkinKandy scales across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to help us find the next legendary members of our squad. You will shape who joins one of ANZ’s boldest and fastest-growing retail brands, and make sure every candidate has a seamless, engaging experience with SkinKandy from first click to first day.

You will join a small, tight-knit People & Culture team who genuinely get along. We work hard, we laugh a lot, and we back each other when things get busy, which they often do.

Our Sunshine Coast HQ is fast-paced and full of energy. We are in the office together five days a week, because that’s where the ideas, the banter and the best work happen.

What you will be doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for studio roles, from job postings to interviews, hiring and onboarding
• Source and screen candidates, running interviews and assessments that hire for mindset as well as skill
• Partner with Store Managers and network leaders to understand their team needs and role requirements
• Write job ads and recruitment marketing that bring our EVP to life and help candidates decide whether we are their kind of place
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system so the process runs smoothly
• Deliver a positive, seamless candidate experience for every studio hire
• Support onboarding so new team members meet our pillars and culture from day one
• Help continuously improve our recruitment practices as we scale
