Job summary

SkinKandy is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Coordinator on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate communications, manage resources, and keep records up to date to ensure smooth operations across our studio network.

You’ll work closely with the Retail Operations Manager and HQ teams, handle travel and event logistics, and bring projects to life with planning and hands-on support. Strong organisation and proactive communication are essential.

We’re looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands‑on coordination role for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in getting the details right.

Reporting to our Retail Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Retail team and wider HQ team to help keep our studio network informed, resourced and connected. What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of a mix of coordination and administrative tasks, including:

• Keeping our studio network up to date with the communications, information and resources they need.

• Coordinating retail initiatives, competitions and activities that bring our network together.

• Keeping operational resources, systems and records organised, accurate and accessible.

• Helping resolve network enquiries by connecting the right people, following things up and making sure nothing gets missed.

• Supporting new studio readiness through resource coordination.

• Bringing projects and events to life through planning, logistics and hands‑on support.

• Coordinating travel and other operational requirements.

No two days will look exactly the same. You'll need to be comfortable switching between priorities, working with different teams and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

What we’re looking for

You're organised, switched on and naturally proactive. You enjoy keeping things moving, can manage competing priorities and aren't afraid to follow something up when it needs attention.

You take ownership of your work, care about accuracy and understand that the little details make a big difference when you're supporting a national studio network.

You'll bring:

• 1–2+ years' experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally in retail or a multi‑site business.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Clear, confident written communication.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.

• A proactive approach and the confidence to follow up outstanding actions and enquiries.

• Confidence using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and workplace communication platforms such as WorkJam.

• Confidence using AI tools and automation to work smarter and improve everyday processes.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

• A practical, solutions‑focused approach and a willingness to jump in where needed.

You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters is that you're curious, capable, willing to learn and take pride in doing things well.
