Job summary

SkinKandy is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development across our growing business in Australia. This senior role shapes people strategy, strengthens leadership capability and builds systems, talent and culture to support our next stage of growth.

You’ll partner with the leadership team, applying a practical, commercial approach to employee relations, workforce planning, leadership development, recruitment and capability.

Qualifications

• Senior HR / People & Culture leadership experience
• Experience leading across HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
• Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience
• Experience working in a multi-site, fast-paced or growing business
• A track record of developing leaders and building capability
• Commercial thinking and sound judgement
• Confidence to challenge, influence and have important conversations
• A practical approach to solving problems and improving processes

• Set and deliver a people strategy aligned to our business priorities and growth

• Continue to improve our people systems, processes and ways of working
