Macquarie University is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to lead HR Shared Services for position establishment, appointments and onboarding. The role oversees a team, drives ongoing process and system improvements, and ensures accurate, timely services with strong customer focus.

You will manage data quality, dashboards, and technology solutions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading HR operations, shared services or transactional HR services in a complex organisation.
• Experience in position establishment, appointments, onboarding or related lifecycle services.
• Technical competency with HRIS/workflow technology (Workday or equivalent).
• Capability in end-to-end service design and improvement informed by data.
• Experience establishing service performance standards and data quality for dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of position establishment and appointment services.
• Build and manage an effective team with performance management and engagement.
• Provide operational oversight of HR services related to position establishment and appointments.
• Plan and manage processes, standards and tools to underpin efficiency and reliability of service delivery.
• Maintain high data quality and optimise data to improve visibility through reports and dashboards.
• Manage technology solutions enabling service delivery, including requirements and testing.
• Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders and balance demands for service excellence.
• Lead analysis of HR services to identify opportunities for value optimisation, informed by data.
