Macquarie is seeking a proactive Early Careers recruiter to partner with business stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage high-volume campaigns, both in person and virtual, and help shape campus hiring strategies.

This 9-month max-term contract focuses on building university relationships, delivering compelling recruitment campaigns, and supporting employer branding and social media efforts to attract diverse student talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Careers (Campus) or high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and teams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across large campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Organise and present at campus events and industry events.
