Jones Radiology in Adelaide is looking for a Recruitment Officer to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. You will coordinate activities, manage candidate communications, and keep records accurate within our recruitment systems.

This role suits someone organized and customer-focused who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values confidentiality and compliance, and enjoys contributing to People Services projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Be highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance checks and system records.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with candidates, hiring managers and external stakeholders.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and create positive experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Have experience using recruitment, applicant tracking (ATS) or HR information systems (HRIS), or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
• Ensure onboarding and compliance requirements are completed efficiently.
• Support process improvements and recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with Recruitment & Talent Specialist and broader People Services team.
