You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records in our ATS and HRIS to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with recruitment systems/ATS or HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS and recruitment systems.
• Support onboarding and compliance requirements.
