Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to thrive under pressure and manage a large candidate flow in Australia. You will interview frequently, source proactively, and attract talent in a competitive market.

You'll handle high-volume phone and video interviews, maintain a fast-paced pipeline, and ensure fair hiring decisions with structured guides. Training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally high-volume interviewing.
• Confidence communicating with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• People-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of phone and video interviews daily for contact centre roles.
• Manage a fast-paced recruitment pipeline across multiple roles and locations.
• Use structured interview guides and assessment rubrics for fair decisions.
• Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to fill interview slots and meet targets.
• Keep accurate records and progress tracking in our ATS.
• Deliver a great candidate experience from application to offer.

About the role

About you

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally high-volume interviewing role
• Confidence in speaking with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A people-first mindset and natural communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems
• Right to live and work in Australia
• Willing to undergo background checks, including Police checks
