Qualifications

• Recent graduate seeking an entry-level corporate opportunity or experience in a coordination, administrative, or recruitment support role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for building rapport.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Lifecycle Support: Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Candidate Experience: Be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly communication from initial application through to shortlisting.
• Database Management: Maintain and update our ATS with accurate candidate notes, interview stages, and compliance documentation.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate complex interview schedules, liaising between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
• Reporting & Administration: Assist with weekly recruitment reports, talent pipelining projects, and general administrative duties as required.
