Job summary

WorkPac Group Corporate in Singleton, NSW, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our mining recruitment efforts. You will collaborate with Site Managers to fill vacancies, engage with a broad candidate network, and deliver outstanding service to field personnel on placement.

You will join a fast-paced, supportive team and have the chance to work on projects that create real community outcomes, with opportunities to earn uncapped commission.

What will your day look like?

• You will be working closely with our Site Managers to fill open mining opportunities
• Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships
• Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement
• Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities
