WorkPac is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our Mining Recruitment team in Singleton, NSW. You will work closely with Site Managers to fill mining opportunities, build relationships with candidates, and complete pre-employment checks to ensure smooth placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume administration or customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill mining opportunities in close collaboration with Site Managers.
• Build and manage relationships with candidate network.
• Conduct pre-employment checks (references, interviews, qualifications).
• Provide excellent service to field employees while on placement.
