Jobs Statewide is seeking ambitious individuals to transition from sales, customer service or engagement roles into Recruitment Consultants. Enjoy structured training, clear career progression and the chance to help local young people secure employment and education opportunities across multiple Sydney branches.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with no weekends and a supportive team environment.

Full-Time | Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Full training provided | Multiple branch locations to choose from including Bankstown, Liverpool, Cabramatta and Ingleburn

We're looking for people who want to build something long-term. If you take pride in providing top notch customer service, then your skills could translate well into recruitment. Prior experience in recruitment isn't essential - we're particularly interested in people with a strong background in sales, customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
