Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners in Melbourne is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead a busy desk within your discipline. You will drive business development, marketing, sourcing and candidate assessment, and negotiate outcomes for clients and candidates.

You will network to raise the u&u brand, engage in project work for your team, and manage a high workload with excellent communication and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment agency experience and skills, ideally gained with a reputable agency.
• A track record of successful placements in your desired discipline.
• A history of achievement, particularly in relation to financial targets.
• Business development, sales and client relationship management experience.
• Tertiary qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional people skills, confident and personable.
• High level of organisational skills, can manage a large workload under pressure.
• Database and online resource management capability.

The consultant will be active in networking and branding for the u&u business and engage in project work for their team.
