Direct Personnel on the Gold Coast is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, hands-on team focused on industrial recruitment and labour hire. The role offers daily variety, a fast pace and real opportunities to grow within the business.

You will source and screen candidates, manage onboarding and compliance, and maintain strong communication with workers and clients while visiting sites to support workforce needs.

• Experience in customer service or another people-focused role.
• Confidence picking up the phone and having a conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow things through.
• Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to get involved.
• A current Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.
