AWX Brisbane is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you have experience in Employment Services or Customer Service/Admin and want to transition into recruitment, this is for you!

You will focus on new candidates, build relationships to expand market presence and help achieve financial growth by placing blue-collar workers and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline with accurate database management.

• Ability to recruit high-volume blue-collar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Opportunity

Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the growing Brisbane team. If you have experience working in Employment Services or Customer Service/Admin and are looking to transition into Recruitment, this could be the role for you!

This role will focus on new candidates, build and maintain relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.

• Identify, screen, interview and place candidates
• Ability to recruit high volume within blue collar industries
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain database accuracy and general administration

Experience and Attitude

• Motivated, Autonomous & results focused
• Experience preferred in a customer focused industry, most of all you needdrive and urgency!!
• Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
