Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
• Oversee day to day recruitment operations, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional service.
• Drive high volume recruitment across blue-collar industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment activity and key business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, candidate pipelines and continuous process improvements.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Brisbane Team. You will play a key role in driving recruitment performance, supporting and mentoring your team, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth. Working closely with the wider AWX business, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while contributing to the ongoing success of our Brisbane operations.
