Job summary

Icon Water in Canberra is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to shape our workforce by attracting, engaging and securing talent to meet strategic objectives. You will partner with Hiring Managers across the organisation, provide trusted advice and lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities.

You will drive initiatives to strengthen our employee value proposition, improve recruitment processes, and build talent pipelines in a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience developing attraction strategies and pipelines.
• Experience developing employee value proposition and branding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and labour market trends.
• Experience optimizing recruitment systems and onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and trusted recruitment advisor.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Experience using metrics and market insights to drive improvements.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Management or equivalent.

Success in this role will be supported by:

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition services within a complex organisation.
• Experience developing attraction strategies, talent pipelines and workforce sourcing initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing employee value proposition and employment branding initiatives.
• Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices, labour market trends and talent acquisition technologies.
• Experience optimising recruitment systems, processes and onboarding activities.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted recruitment advice.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Experience using recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
