Job summary

ETC Employment Training Community in Brisbane is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to build relationships with local businesses and broker opportunities for apprenticeships or work placements. You will engage employers, candidates and communities to create pathways into employment.

The role requires strong recruitment experience, excellent communication and IT skills, and the ability to meet monthly KPI targets. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or Sales experience is required.
• Customer service skills and/or experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A high level of computer literacy.
• Driven to achieve outcomes and meet monthly KPI targets.
• A recent, clear National Police Check.
• A current QLD Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers.
• Actively promoting ETC's services to local industry, employers and jobseekers.
• Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training.
• Achieve agreed objectives and targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market.
