Job summary

Enterprise and Training Company Limited (ETC) is hiring a Recruitment Advisor to build relationships with local businesses and broker opportunities for customers, including apprenticeships or work opportunities. Remuneration is hourly and scales with skills and experience, in the Brisbane area.

The role involves high‑level personalised support, proactive promotion of ETC services, and proactive development of employer relationships.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or Sales experience is highly desirable.
• Customer service skills and/or experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A high level of computer literacy.
• Driven to achieve outcomes and meet monthly KPI targets.
• A recent, clear National Police Check.
• A current QLD Blue Card.

We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor.

The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor

As a Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you!

Remuneration for this role is between $35.13/hr & $38.96/hr depending on skills and experience relevant to the role.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

• Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers
• Actively promoting ETC’s services to local industry, employers and jobseekers
• Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training
• Achieve agreed objectives and targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour market
